Effective date: January 1, 2005 In order to send notifications on new cartoons available on www.generalcomics.com we collect minimal amount of Personally Identifiable Information about our subscribers i.e. name and e-mail address. We utilise double-opt-in e-mail submission process to eliminate occasional subscriptions. During this process subscriber is sent the link with unique code which must be clicked on to confirm inclusion in mailing list. IP address of subscriber's machine, GMT date-time of e-mail submission and GMT date-time of confirmation click are recorded and stored in database along with subscriber's name and e-mail address. No information about our subscribers is shared with third parties. To unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from www.generalcomics.com send blank email to
